Our wonderful state legislature had no problem working to get the abortion ban debated, passed, and on the Governors desk but for some reason educational funding is still yet to be decided with only 3 days left in this years legislative session.

Survey USA’s recent survey shows that 61% of South Dakotans do not agree with the Legislature’s passing of HB1215 completely banning abortion except for life threatening situations for the mother. Again our legislature is not listening to the people that they were supposed to be representing.
